Welcome to Claire's Clearing

I'm setting up this blog initially for purposes of working with the Vision 2020 project with Fayette County Public Schools, April to October, 2005. Since I've not blogged before, this could be fun!

I might just add postings about other areas I'm interested in, such as tree identification, word etymologies, Romanian language and culture, Quaker meetings, food co-ops and policy governance, instructional design for online course materials, growing and cooking with herbs, solar energy, spirituality and monasteries, biking, house plants, health, educational reform, and cats.
